I loved the book
And read it in 2 days. It’s rare that you come across a narrative that so grips you. Pippa and Andre tell it like it is and that makes it so compelling. Reading about growing up in a poor Ukrainian village, life in an orphanage, adjusting to a new life in America, embracing and nurturing damaged children, is a shocking and uplifting story at the same time. I can’t recommend this book enough.
